I thought that the time of NFTs was long gone given that many of them already lost their value after the hype. Crypto currencies also sound a bit dubious given their use in financial crime. But for whatever reason AirBaltic is offering their highest elite status for those who are willing to buy their latest NFTs called planies. And of course, payments are accepted in etheriums as well to make the whole thing operate in cryptos.

Reviewing Iberia Economy Class in Europe
Iberia is the flag carrier of Spain and one of the three oneworld member airlines in Europe. The airline has had highs and lows in the past but how does their economy class fare in comparison with other European airlines? Nowadays that Iberia operates flights on behalf of Finnair between Helsinki and two cities in Spain – Madrid and Barcelona – I have gotten familiar with the airline. Even though the flights are called “Iberia for Finnair”, they still give the full Iberia experience (excluding some menu items). Without further ado, let’s see how Iberia economy class is in Europe.
(more…)Pokémon Café Outside of Tokyo and Osaka
Everyone knows that the only real Pokémon Cafés are in Tokyo and Osaka. In addition, there is Pikachu Sweets in Tokyo. But what if I told you that it is possible to have Pokémon themed food and sweets almost anywhere in Japan? This is now possible thanks to the collaboration between Pronto restaurants and Pokémon. This is great because getting to the official Pokémon Cafés can be a real pain in the derrière. 🙂
(more…)Reasons to Fly in Japan Airlines Domestic First Class
Japan Airlines has quite okay economy and business class on domestic routes, but there are certain longer distance routes that also have a superior First Class product. These flights mainly depart from or arrive at Tokyo Haneda airport, but there is one, cheaper flight between Osaka and Naha. This is exactly the flight I booked. Get ready for a Japan Airlines domestic First Class review from Osaka Itami to Naha, Okinawa.
(more…)Cathay Pacific Economy Class Is Great
After being to their lounges and experiencing their premium economy, I was already in awe with the airline. Cathay Pacific is a five star airline according to Skytrax, and it really shows! I flew Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong to Singapore, so the flight was quite short, but the service on board was still amazing. The only downside is that most oneworld frequent flyer programs don’t accumulate any points for the cheapest Cathay Pacific economy class tickets.
(more…)Qantas First Class Lounge in Singapore is Fantastic!
Qantas operates several First Class lounges in different parts of the world. The one in Singapore is simple, yet elegant. Surely, it is not as extravagant as what Japan Airlines or Cathay Pacific have to offer, but, in my opinion, it beats the Qantas lounge in Sydney. Changi Airport in Singapore is known for world class service and Qantas First Class lounge definitely fits the elevated standards of the airport nicely. Note that the lounge is not open all the time, but it opens before Qantas flights. During my visit, the lounge opened at 14:00, plenty in time for my late Finnair flight to Helsinki.
(more…)Brussels Airlines the Loft is an outstanding lounge
Many Schengen lounges in Europe are rather bad and the really good ones are only there for international flights. Brussels Airlines really surprised me positively with their nice lounge at Brussels Airport. In addition to Star Alliance airlines, Finnair uses this lounge. As always, I was flying the national airline of Finland and ended up visiting Brussels Airlines the Loft lounge that is sponsored by Lexus.
(more…)Disappointed with Qatar Airways Platinum Lounge (South) in Doha
Qatar airways is a 5-star airline, and while they operate the magnificent QSuites, they are notorious for their lack of interest in opening their lounges for oneworld Sapphire and Emerald status holders. In this review, you will learn what your lounge option is at Doha Hamad International Airport if you have oneworld Emerald status. While the lounge does offer good food, other aspects are not great.
(more…)How cool is Japan Airlines First Class lounge at Narita Airport?
Japan Airlines is easily one of my all time favorite airlines in oneworld. And after experiencing their lounge at Haneda, I was dying to find out what kind of cool stuff Japan Airlines First Class lounge was packing at Narita Airport. Narita used to be my primary point of entrance to the land of the rising sun back in the days when Finnair only flew to Narita. So of course, I already have my nostalgia filled preference to this particular airport in Tokyo. But how does this lounge fare against its counterpart at Haneda? Let’s find out!
(more…)Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class lounge is a heaven on Earth!
I am no stranger to Cathay Pacific as I had already enjoyed their superior premium economy class and LHR lounge, but I was yet to experience their truest First Class experience. Cathay Pacific hosts two amazing First Class lounges at Hong Kong airport. Today, I got to visit The Wing First Class lounge. It was an unforgettable experience!
